Jules on vacation hanging on Vancouver Island with my sisters Jane, Morgan and Carroll.....I'm staying with Morgan because she's the most fun and makes great custard in the morning. She spoils her big brother and we like going on long walks with six dogs....I've got one; she had five.
This is Morgan's dog Bogie, her first and the eldest of the five she owns. He's out frolicking in snow on the rare occasion Nainaimo gets any white stuff.
The sleepy dog belongs to Teresa in Trenton (formerly our late mother's dog, Honey).
Morgan is holding Purdy (named after the chocolates), a Jack Russell Terrier, and Bogie.
Morgan with a baby Packer
Packer is a weiner dog....and likes to lick out the coffee mugs.....he's not bothered that the cup is for the Pittsburgh Steelers of the NFL. Coffee is coffee.....Morgan's youngest dog.
This is Jane's first dog, Pogo. She also has a golden lab, Daisey, in Nanaimo, BC
Bogie, owned by sister Morgan in Nanaimo, caught watering her plants
Mavie, or Maverick, is another canine companion for Morgan. She has five.
Sister Morgan's daughter Katie with a fave sumertime pastime on BC's Vancouver Island....kayaking. Watch out for Killer Whales.
Son Karl and his unqiue race car, which he did very well during the 2005 race season as a rookie out of Washington State.
Morgan is married to Christopher Cattrall. The tied the matrimonial knot a few summers back in Parksville, BC, on Vancouver Island. Her sister-in-law Kim Cattrall also flew in after shooting Sex and the City in LA. Chris and Kim are originally from Comox, BC, just around the corner of CFB Comox. As kids, we used to walk by Chris' house en route to air force beach to swim in the salt water and chase crabs when the tide was out. Memories.
Here are pixs from my sister Morgan, now married to Christopher Cattrall, and calling Nanaimo, BC, home. She has a son, Karl, and daugther, Katie, from previous relationships in her 45 years of life.
Jane and I awaiting our seafood dinner in Nanaimo.
And dad doing a promo photo for the RCAF back in the mid-50s. Our late father, Sgt. Fabio Xavier, is second from the left. Thought I was a cool pix when it was discovered in his possession after his death in 1983 at age 50. He put 28 years in, with CFB Trenton being his final posting.
