With the Reunion becoming a reality there is always the question of pros and cons of going back in time. The run of the mill questions run thru everyone's head. What are some of the pros and cons for you? ? For me.. its been 28 years since highschool and I like lots of people have moved on in life. I am not the same person,I dont think the same or even look the same for that matter. To be honest I am somewhat scared and nervous about going back to a time I would like to forget most days. Some people have made great strides in their lives since highschool days and some have remained in the same rut. I have made 100 steps forward and 200 back it seems at times. Im not sure I was liked in school and seeing people may bring back that loss of self confidence I have now. Its very easy to sit behind a screen and type without ever having to see any faces. ACtually seeing someone may take away my sense of security. On the good side.. well there are some people who I would like to see and ofcourse some teachers. So on the thought of attending the Reunion, i am on the undecided side for the time being. Whats everyone's elses take on the subject.

ohh Elaine that is a loaded question. Well my first thought would be that I don't do reunions for the simple fact that I left the area so fast and never really kept in contact with anyone through the years. I never really looked back too much until we moved back to Ontario and started wondering what others thought of Bayside and the area. And being that my social life wasn't all that years ago I can't even say if anyone will remember me........ But being that I am closer now I might just have to bite the bullet and go.

Wanda, Wanda, Wanda..... You better go and hey you missed a fantastic fireworks display... It was the best Trenton has ever put on. My wife Sandy and I had front row seats.... got smoked and pelted with blast debris. If you don't go to the reunion it will be because there wasn't one.... I don't see or hear much in the way of progress on the subject. If his is going to happen it should be booked now!! Sponsors will have to be contacted, a committee formed, an itinerary etc. etc. cheers Lance

Heyyy... where did my post go ? I clicked and it went ....ohh well lololol let me try again. Wanda I don't have the time to do the things that are required now, perhaps if I had another 30 hours in my day I could get the ball and run with it but I don't. I will help out where I can but I can not head up this event. and Wanda... I meant which house in school as in which home room. Ontario house? How come nobody is online? I saw Lorreta Petaluga( the spelling I apologise for) A former "A" list in high school and I gave her the web site... look forward to seeing her in here. Yes she looks great! like she jumped out of the year book, time has not spoiled the eye candy. cheers Lance

If you check the yearbooks, you can find your mug in the appropriate house that you were assigned at BSS.
I was with Bay 9, with Mr. Blair as the homeroom teacher.

I guess you didn't get into the year books I have... does anyone have a 1976, 77 or 78 year book lying around they don't want? Ohh and today I learn how to scan photos so there will be pictures forthcoming.... cheers Lance

I try to put faces to the names to make the picture and memories more clear..... you remember how people looked when you saw them in the hall or class of cafeteria but when you see them in a year book photo it becomes more real ( for me anyway) I wish now I had gotten a year book for every year I was there. ohh well cheers Lance
