I attended BSS in 1979 and graduated gr. 13 in 81. I live in Belleville also and have 3 kids too. I don't have all of my hair but most of it. I work for the govt. and for the last 10 years I have played in a very busy rockin' band called The FarSide.

My name is Trish Tworek (was Muir) I attended Bayside from 87-91 and lived on the Base. I have moved around a lot since then, B.C., Saskatoon, Northern Ontario and Winnipeg. Unfortunately I will be moving again to B.C. (for husbands work). I have 2 boys, 10 and 8 and I work with children who have special needs, in a public school. I think a reunion sounds great, I wish it was this summer because I am traveling that way for a wedding. I can't wait to go back and check out the school, the base and all the old party sites. Most importantly smell the Domtar !

Does anyone remember the name of the janitor during the seventies that everyone thought was a narc for the police? He always used to catch us doing everything wrong. I swear the man had eyes in the back and sides of his head.

If I remember correctly, the evil janitors name was Mr. Schammerhorn.

Seems we were always getting caught doing something we shouldn't have back then. I was always caught by Mr. Read wandering the hallways during class. He would give me the 2 minute lecture and send me back. The tech doors were the best place tho, few teachers ever wandered down that way. Now do you remember when we were in grade 9, and we had the last year of newbie *welcome to Bayside*.... the seniors thought it was great to plaster us newbies with anything they could get there hands on. I had vicks vapor rub put in my hair. The best one was the guy who had to attend school all day in the kilt., with slave written all over his tshirt. I wonder if Bayside still has *newbie days*?

Geez, did we have the run of the place or what?? Mr Read was the best, I think he tried to kick me out a couple times but was too much of a softy and would let me stay...Anybody attend any of those parties at the art teachers place?? Looking back I always wondered about her..hmmm
Can't imagine my kids doing now what I did back then, it just seemed so much fun..Wouldn't trade those days for anything.. still some of the old group kicking around like Dave Wilson, Jim Barr....

Yes Curt we ruled the schoo, only "Chunky" didn't know it. I often think back to my days at Bayside and smile. I think I learned what life was going to be like from there, altho mine did turn out differently than I hoped. I knew Jim Barr's sister Teresa, we lived in Sunny Creek Estates at the same time. Did you chum around with Jamie Kennedy and Gary Robinson too?

I never attended the art teachers parties, but had a big crush on my grade 12 English teacher, Mr. Johnson. He was a hottie. Ooops my mistake Curt its Gary Robertson not Robinson. I used to date his brother Tony who went to Bayside too.
