The 20th anniversary reunion was so much fun...I've been waiting for the next one. Count me in. Let me know what I can do to help...all the way out here in Nanaimo, BC...I'll get my sister Teresa to do it

I've got my classmates' gold membership, but there doesn't seem to be much action from the 800-plus BSS grads/former students/teachers. Hmmmm.....where's that Red Devils' school spirit!? Remember, girls, please don't hitchhike.....Mr. Reid's famous closing on Friday via announcements. Sister Jane was the last person to post something related to a 35th anny at Bayside....anymore thoughts from the 109 members signed up here?

I don't think many people know about this site and it is not easy to find. I tried to google it once and didn't come up with anything. When I got the first email from Sarah I wasn't sure if it was a spam or not because I didn't recognize the name. I am glad I opened it but maybe others haven't. I really wish more people from late eighties to early nineties were on board here.
Hopefully we can get more members so we have a successful reunion.

Maybe have Sarah send out reminder emails to the alumni and send the link so that they can have a look at who has joined. I know when I get emails from someone I dont know or a email address I dont recognize I usually delete them without opening them. So make the subject line something like Your a Bayside Grad....come check out the site just for us. In the day and age or viruses most people wont take the chance and open something they dont recognize.

Hey Lance....welcome aboard, finally. But check out your birthdate on your profile...I think you wanted 10/17/59, not 1954. You've aged to 51 suddenly back there in Trentonland. So, where's your brother Art and sister Carrie? Tells what's been up in your married life since leaving BSS. Your short stint in the military, even being posted to CFB Trenton to work on the Hercs. Remember doing the science fair back in 11th grade? The rebuilding of the rabbit skeleton. Your nickname, Lance "Romance" Darlow. You were suave before it was cool!

OOOOK well it looks like I could be talked into helping ( only if I get to play in the basketball game this time!) I think it is a great idea. We can all touch base and catch up on things while we are still above ground. It is hard to talk old times at the funerals of your friends. Let me know what I can do. Lance

Im getting excited at the thought of the Reunion. It would be so nice to see old friends and schoolmates. I missed the last one, so maybe now that I have a year or so, I can make sure that I am available for this one.

LOLOL you're still a funny guy Larry.....yeah I would be willing to play soccer just count me in some where. Hey Jules, the skeleton we reconstructed was not a rabbit, it was a ground hog....still have it stored some where?? I came across my year book last night while dusting off things for a yard sale. OMG there were alot of geeky looking people ( including myself in that one) I can hardly believe I was that skinny. I've added a few pounds over the years of weight lifting. Cheers Lance

Lance - you won't find the skeleton in your closet. You're right, it was a ground hog. I think we dissected a rabbit, but went with the groundhog for the science fair. I've got photos of the skeleton. And I still have the groundhog's skull....the rest of the skeleton broke a part after our science fair in Belleville...we garnered a second I believe. Lance was skinny in high school....but he's buff now with his weight training. And weren't you in a bodybuilding competition? I won't play soccer, but Mr. Dell and I can officiate an alumni game. Two bad knees from soccer and hockey officiating....I can still run a field with the young ones....did a U18 game last night..high tempo and lots of running (to escapes the squidos). What ever you do, Lance, don't sell your yearbook at the garbage (I mean garage) sale.

We have our first staffer on board, with Lance's mother signing up in the last 24 hours. Way to go, Lance. Passing on the website addy so she can sign up. Your mother sent me an email thanking me for passing it on to you, which you then passed on to your mom (up in the Soo?). Now where are your siblings, Carrie and Art? For those who can recall, Lance's mom was part of the office (secretarial) staff.
